Convenient downtown location, ideal for walking to top attractions. Impressive breakfast selection, including cereals, bread, fruit, cheese, and drinks. Stylish decor, friendly staff, and free coffee in the lobby. Great amenities like a lift, computer access, and a fridge in the room. The front desk attendant, Manuela, was outstanding and super helpful.

Spacious & fairly clean hotel, its location is PERFECT close to many attractions, the center and a "four star " establishment. The staff are knowledgeable, and there is a nice reception to relax in.

The high ceilings in our room gave it a charming feel, and the location in the center of the city was perfect for exploring. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I will recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is amazing, right in the city center and just minutes away from the famous Spanish Riding School. Everything in the old city center is within close proximity, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast provided was rich and well-served, and the staff were friendly, considerate, and always willing to help.

Woke up to tourist crowds outside the hotel due to its central location. Parking was a hassle as it was not available at the hotel and we had to park at a garage 10 minutes away.

Some rooms may become hot during summer nights, although the hotel provides fans to help alleviate this issue.
